Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2
For this workshop we are very lucky to have access to Fitzwilliam Square, a beautiful private park in the center of Dublin which is usually closed to the public. It has some of the oldest, most impressive trees in the city. There is an abundance of birds and some beautiful summer flowers are in bloom.
In this safe, quiet and secluded space we will teach simple mindfulness practices which allow us to connect more deeply with the beauty and richness of the natural world. See for yourself that when you slow down and really pay attention your whole experience changes!
Afterwards, we will share a cup of tea and there will be an chance to connect with some like-minded people.
Practicing mindfulness and immersing yourself in nature has been shown to help:
– Decrease stress
– Improve health and well-being
– Increase positive emotion
The workshop is run by two mindfulness teachers Barry and Evan.
